O.k. I reprhase, if you use graphics you MUST include the EPS. Otherwise
we can not latex/dvi/ps the document with the SGML tools. Gif is

Actually I would say if it is listed as deprecated we don't use
it. Period. That allows us to grow with the DTD's.

Instead of asking why a piece of software is using "1970s technology,"
start asking why software is ignoring 30 years of accumulated wisdom.
