new listserver is coming

hello,

in few days we will move to new listserver
(thanks to paul jones from ibiblio.org).

this step will enable possibility to
(among other things) eliminate spam.

the subscribers list will of course
be copied, but in the meantime
current server does not allow to
subscribe/unsubscribe from our lists.

i apologize for difficulties.
